In recent ,CWPC successfully signed a contract of total contract amount 1.02 billion RMB with Qiya Group for supercritical boilers (6×360MW) making a new breakthrough on designing, manufacturing and selling supercritical boilers in batch . It is shown that CWPC make another new move on Zhundong coal-fired boilers in Xinjiang indicating that CWPC is qualified to be the fourth in the field of supercritical boiler industry and independently research and develop, manufacture supercritical boilers in batch.
In order to win this bid,CWPC sent an R&D team to Xinjiang to investigate the characteristics of local coal .Based on previous experience in 2012 for researching and developing subcritical boilers, they have conducted series of special calculation ,experiments and trial-combustion to select furnace ,structure ,key parameters ,etc.After a lot of work beforehand ,we successfully develop supercritical boilers .80% of Zhundong coal will be fired breaking the bottleneck that Zhundong coal is combusted in a small ration and easy to get coking in the past and filling the blank that Zhundong coal which is easy to get coking is not preferable in boiler design in China.
